Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Ermaz LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, which operates ScholarAuto. Reach the operator at support@scholarauto.com.

ScholarAuto reads scholarships from the organisations that fund them, checks their published eligibility rules against your verified profile, prepares application materials from your own facts, and — where a provider permits it and you have authorised it — submits an application on your behalf. It is free to use, with no charge and no card required. The service is developing, so features change from time to time.

Nothing is sent anywhere on your behalf until you have chosen an autonomy level and approved what that level covers. Approval is specific: it names the application, what will be sent, and where. You can withdraw it, pause autopilot entirely, or revoke a document from future use at any time, and any change to a provider’s rules reopens approvals that were given against the old ones.

Where a provider forbids automated submission, ScholarAuto prepares the material and stops. It does not evade a portal’s protections, disguise what it is, or submit where submission is not permitted.

• Provide truthful information and genuine documents that belong to you.
• Apply only as yourself; one account per person.
• Respect each provider’s application rules, including rules about original work. An essay ScholarAuto helps you assemble is still your submission, and you are responsible for what it says.
• Keep your sign-in secure, and revoke sessions you do not recognise.

ScholarAuto does not guarantee awards and does not estimate your probability of winning. Match confidence describes how completely your profile aligns with published requirements — it is not a prediction of outcomes. Scholarship decisions belong to providers alone.

Every listing is read from a provider’s own pages and checked before it is published, but providers change deadlines and rules without notice, and a page can be wrong or ambiguous. The provider’s official page is always the authority. Check it before you rely on a deadline.

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, and may be unavailable at times. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for a missed deadline, or for an application outcome. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Applying often means going to a provider’s own portal. Those systems are not run by ScholarAuto and have their own terms and privacy notices, which govern what happens there.

You must be at least 16 to create an account. If you are under 18, some providers require a parent or guardian to be involved in an application; that is a matter between you and the provider.

Accounts used for fabricated profiles, applications on behalf of other people, document misuse, or attempts to bypass portal protections will be closed. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which ends this agreement; the terms that by their nature survive — liability, and the retention described in the privacy notice — continue to apply.

When these terms change materially, the effective date above changes and you are told before the change applies to you. If you do not accept the new version, delete your account; continuing to use ScholarAuto means accepting it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes are subject to the courts there.
