These rules are enforced in the product's behavior — validation gates, provenance records, and state machines — not just written here.
Evidence before generation
ScholarAuto places a factual claim into an application only when it is supported by evidence you uploaded, explicitly confirmed by you, or clearly labeled as a draft awaiting your confirmation. It never invents qualifications, grades, experiences, hardship, test scores, referees, or goals.
Eligibility before effort
Hard eligibility conditions are checked before you are asked to spend hours preparing anything. Missing information yields “needs information,” never a guessed pass.
Primary sources over aggregators
A scholarship goes live only after its material facts are verified against an official provider source, with the source link and last-checked time displayed.
Controlled autonomy
Automatic submission is limited to factual, complete, provider-permitted applications you have authorized. Anything involving essays, money, signatures, sensitive disclosures, or unclear rules requires your review — and prohibited automation is never performed, including CAPTCHA or anti-bot circumvention.
Receipts, not claims
A submission counts only when confirmation evidence exists. Every receipt records the exact package, timestamps, authorization, and which answers were yours, imported, or AI-assisted.
Referee integrity
ScholarAuto never impersonates a referee, never writes a recommendation pretending to be one, and never contacts a referee without your approval.
