Your documents are not an advertising product.

What we store

Your dossier: identity details, education, tests, experience, documents you upload, stories you write, referee contacts you add, and the applications you prepare. Some of this is sensitive by nature — that is exactly why it is treated as a protected asset, not a marketing dataset.

How it is protected

• All traffic is encrypted in transit.
• Documents live in private storage; access uses short-lived, ownership-checked links — never public URLs.
• Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies; you can list and revoke every active session.
• Sensitive actions (enabling autopilot, exporting data, deleting the account) require fresh re-authentication.
• No advertising trackers run on signed-in or document pages.
• Optional sensitive attributes (disability, financial need, refugee status) are always “prefer not to say”-able and are used only for a specific published eligibility criterion.

Your controls

You can export all of your data and delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes your dossier and documents; the only records retained are the minimal submission receipts required to prove what was sent on your behalf, and those are listed for you before you confirm deletion.

What we do not do

• We do not sell applicant data.
• We do not use your documents to train models.
• We do not share your dossier with providers beyond the applications you authorize.
